Trial-Tested Representation From An Experienced Loudoun County Attorney

Trial-Tested Representation From An Experienced Loudoun County Attorney

I am Walter Jacob, founder and principal attorney of Walter C. Jacob, P.C. Since opening my own firm in 1982, I have dedicated my practice to representing individuals and families in Loudoun County and others throughout Northern Virginia in a wide variety of legal matters, including family law and divorce, child custody and support, DUI/DWI and criminal defense, as well as personal injury.

After starting my career with a general practice firm after law school, I have gone on to handle all types of cases and represented clients from all walks of life. With a majority of my practice dedicated to trial work, I understand how to identify and resolve the unique challenges that arise when faced with everything from a contentious divorce to a complex child custody dispute — no matter the issue, from start to finish, you can feel confident knowing I will be there representing your interests.

Whether Reaching A Settlement Or Going To Trial, I Am Never Afraid To Take Your Case As Far As It Needs To Go

When securing representation, you want to know that your lawyer is going to be there for you throughout every step of your case. As a sole practitioner, I work closely with each of my clients, never handing him or her off to junior attorneys or paralegals. When you come into my office or call to ask questions, it will be my face greeting you at the door and you will hear my voice at the other end of the line.

With a reputation for unwavering dedication to my clients, I have been recognized by my peers in the legal community with an AV Preeminent rating* through Martindale-Hubbell, as well as listed as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Virginia by The National Trial Lawyers. While it's an honor to be recognized by my professional peers, my past clients and the testimonials and referrals they have written are valued reflections upon my career.
